Requirements

Installation

1. Upload the plugin to the /wp-content/plugins/ninja-forms-bitrix24-crm folder/
2. Activate the plugin via the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
3. Go to Ninja Forms → Bitrix24 CRM
4. Set up a connection to Bitrix24 CRM

Customization

1. Getting a Webhook URL from Bitrix24

1. Log in to your Bitrix24 portal
2. Go to Settings → Development → Webhooks
3. Click "Add a Webhook"
4. Select access rights (recommended: CRM, Tasks)
5. Copy the webhook URL

2. Setting up the plugin

1. Go to Ninja Forms → Bitrix24 CRM
2. Enter the Webhook URL
3. Click "Check Connection"
4. Save the settings

3. Setting up the form

1. Go to the "Forms" tab
2. Select the configuration form
3. Enable integration
4. Select the type of entity (lead, transaction, contact, company)
5. Configure additional options:
- Create/update a contact
   - Creation/updating of the company
   - Creating a task
   - Tracking (UTM, GA, Roistat, Yandex Metrika)
6. Match the form fields with the CRM fields
7. Save the settings

Using

After configuration, the plugin will automatically send data from the forms to Bitrix24 CRM each time the form is submitted.

Sending modes

- Immediately: The data is sent immediately after the form is submitted
- Deferred: Data is sent with a slight delay via the Action Scheduler (useful under high load)

Creating contacts and companies

The plugin is automatic:
- Searches for an existing contact by email or phone
- Updates an existing contact or creates a new one
- Searches for an existing company by name
- Updates an existing company or creates a new one
- Binds the contact and the company to the entity being created (lead/transaction)

Tracking

The plugin automatically collects and sends:
- UTM parameters from the URL (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content)
- Google Analytics Client ID from cookie _ga
- Roistat Visit from cookie roistat_visit
- Yandex Metrika UID from cookie _ym_uid
