Integration of Gravity forms and Bitrix24

The WordPress plugin connects these systems: transfer of leads and orders, synchronization of statuses and directories. It is suitable for typical automation scenarios without modifying the core of the site.

Description

The plugin integrates Gravity Forms with Bitrix24 CRM and allows you to automatically create leads, deals, tasks, contacts, and companies when submitting forms.

Requirements

- WordPress 5.8+  
- PHP 7.4+  
- Installed and active Gravity Forms  
- Bitrix24 portal with an incoming webhook  
- Valid license Pluginhub.pro

Installation

1. Upload the plugin folder to /wp-content/plugins/.
2. Activate the plugin in the "Plugins" section.
3. Enter the license key in Settings → General → Pluginhub License Key.
4. Open the GF — Bitrix24 menu in the WordPress admin panel.

Customization

1. General settings

Open the <strong>General</strong> tab and fill in:

- Portal URL — the portal's URL, for example https://your .bitrix24.ru.
- Webhook key — the key of the incoming webhook (1/xxxxxxx format).
- Send mode — send mode: immediately or with a delay.
- Default delay — the delay in seconds for delayed sending.
- Test connection — check the connection to Bitrix24.

2. Setting up forms

In the <strong>Forms</strong> tab, select the Gravity Forms form and set the parameters:

- Enable sending — enable sending in Bitrix24.
- Entity type — what to create: lead, deal, task, contact, company.
- Send mode and Delay — the mode and delay for a specific form.
- Pipeline and Stage — funnel and stage for transactions.
- Responsible — ID of the responsible Bitrix24 user.
- Attach files — send files from the form (if available).
- Field mapping — mapping of Bitrix24 fields and Gravity Forms fields.

Save the form settings with the <strong>Save mapping</strong> button.

3. Logs

In the <strong>Logs</strong> tab, you can view the shipment log and clear it.

Pluginhub License

- The license key is domain-linked, no separate activation is required.
- Verification is performed via https://pluginhub.pro/api/license/check .
- The license status is displayed in the plugin settings.
