Description

The Gravity Forms — amoCRM plugin provides full integration between Gravity Forms and the amoCRM CRM system. The plugin supports the creation of transactions, contacts, non-sorted items, as well as the automatic creation of tasks.

Requirements

- WordPress 5.0 or higher
- PHP 7.4 or higher
- Gravity Forms (active plugin)
- An amoCRM account with API access

Installation

1. Upload the plugin to the /wp-content/plugins/gravity-forms-amocrm folder/
2. Activate the plugin via the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
3. Go to the plugin settings: Gravity Forms → amoCRM
4. Set up an OAuth connection to amoCRM
5. Configure each form in the Form Settings section

Customization

1. OAuth connection

1. Go to your amoCRM account settings
2. Create a new integration
3. Copy the Client ID and Client Secret
4. Paste them into the plugin settings
5. Click "Connect to amoCRM"

2. Setting up forms

Gravity Forms can be configured for each form:

- Type of Entity: Transaction, Undisclosed, Contact
- Funnel and status: Selection of funnel and initial status
- Responsible: Assigning a responsible user
- Field mapping: Mapping form fields to amoCRM fields
- Sending mode: Immediate or Delayed
- Task creation: Automatic creation of transaction tasks
- Tracking: Setting up UTM, GA, roistat fields

Functions

Creating deals

When submitting the form, a transaction is created in amoCRM with the specified funnel and status. An existing contact is automatically created or located and linked to the transaction.

Creating contacts

The contact is created automatically based on the form data (name, email, phone number). If the contact already exists (by email or phone), it will be found and updated.

Unassembled

Support for creating non-disassembled elements via API v4 (SIRA).

Tasks

Automatic creation of transaction tasks with customizable text and due date.

Tracking

- UTM parameters: utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content
- Google Analytics: Client ID from cookie _ga
- Roistat: Value from cookie roistat_visit

Resending

The ability to resend form records to amoCRM via the recording interface.
