CF7 CloudPayments Pro
Purpose:
The plugin connects Contact Form 7 with the CloudPayments payment system.
After submitting the form, a payment is created, the user goes to the payment page, and the status is saved in WordPress.
Requirements:
1. WordPress 6.1 or later.
2. PHP 7.4 or later.
3. Active Contact Form plugin 7.
4. CloudPayments banking details: Public ID and secret keys.
5. HTTPS must be enabled on the website.
Installation:
1. Copy the plugin folder to the wp-content/plugins directory.
2. Activate CF7 CloudPayments Pro in the WordPress admin panel.
3. Make sure that Contact Form 7 is activated.
Global Setup:
1. Open the CloudPayments settings page in Contact Form 7.
2. Enable integration.
3. Fill in the Public ID, API keys, currency, test mode, and text before redirecting.
4. Save the settings.
5. Specify the callback URL in the CloudPayments dashboard for verification and payment events.
Setting up the form:
1. Open the required CF7 form and the CloudPayments tab.
2. Enable payment for the form.
3. Fill in the payment name and description.
4. Select the amount mode: fixed or from the form field.
5. Specify the Email field and the URL of the successful and unsuccessful payment.
6. Save the form.
Check:
1. Submit the form and check the opening of the payment widget.
2. Make a successful and unsuccessful test payment.
3. Check the status updates in the payment history.
4. After verification, switch the integration to combat mode.
Common problems:
The widget doesn't open:
- Check the integration is enabled and the Public ID is correct.
- Check the front loading.js and errors in the browser console.
The status is not updated:
- Check the callback URL and webhook secrets.
- Make sure that the site is accessible from the outside via HTTPS.
Safety:
Do not publish API keys.
Restrict access to the settings to administrators only.
Check your payment logs and history regularly.
